Refund requests
Unless local law requires otherwise, submit refund requests within 7 days of the initial purchase with the account email, payment reference, and reason.
Non-refundable usage
Renewals, partially used periods, custom work, consumed third-party services, and accounts suspended for policy violations are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
